Andrew Sanford

Fiscal Manager

Andrew leads the Fiscal Services Team for WOCO supporting eFP and State Software. Prior to being at WOCO, Andrew worked for a district in the Treasurer's Office.

Nick Howell

Fiscal Support Specialist

Nick is a fiscal support specialist with experience in both payroll and working as an assistant to the treasurer. He has experience with eFinancePlus (eFP) and is excited to be a new member of the WOCO Fiscal Support team.

Jessica Kitchen

Fiscal Support Specialist

Jessica is a fiscal support specialist with experience in school finance as well as training and management experience in the private sector. She has experience with eFinancePlus (eFP) and enjoys providing support for our fiscal customers.
