Governing Board.

WOCO is governed by an eleven-member Board of Directors drawn from the superintendents and staff of the districts it serves.

Membership

  • Up to two superintendents from each county (Auglaize, Champaign, Hardin, Logan, and Shelby), appointed at the respective county superintendents' meeting. One of these is an ESC representative.
  • One representative each from the Fiscal, EMIS/Student Services, and Technical users.

Meetings

  • The second Thursday of February, May, August, and November at 1:00 p.m.
  • WOCO Training Room, in the basement of the Shelby County Annex Building.
